TEN FOR TEN

Majestic Management Corporation of Glasgow, KY completed 10 successful wells in a row in 1996. The wells locations were based on Mammoth's KUTT Radiometric and Potassium 40 surveys. Using 1 acre spacing Mammoth made multi-channel spectrometer readings over the 400+ acre lease block. Mammoth staked 10 locations based on its Potassium 40 low readings. The 10 wells were drilled to an average depth of 1000 feet into the upper Silurian, Corniferous, Brownsport Formation. All 10 wells encountered free oil and when completed with acid, flowed back at up to 30 BOPD. Majestic plans to drill another 10 well program in the area based on Mammoth's KUTT Radiometric surveys.

SUCCESSFUL WELL EXPLAINED.

Ferguson Brothers #9372, Albany Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. The successful reentry and deepening of this well in 1990 by Syndicated Options created a drilling boom not seen in Clinton County for over a decade. Th e well blew out at 1008 feet in the Stones River formation and had to be produced through the drill string for nearly a year. For weeks on end th e well produced in excess of 1000 BOPD and has to date made over 250,000 barrels. Several years before the well was discovered we produced a Natural Fracture Potential Map of the Albany area. After the well was discovered the map was consulted and the well was found to be located at a fracture intersection.

SUCCESSFUL OFFSET.

Matthew's #1, Albany Quadrangle, Clinton, County, Kentucky. Robo Enterprises of Bowling Green, Kentucky drilled the first offset to the Ferguson 9372 discovery well. Situated about 1600 feet to the northwest of the Ferguson well we selected this site on the basis of our Natural Fracture Potential Mapping and ERPS Geophysical Surveys. The location was one of three intersecting fracture zones that form a triangle about 500 feet on a side. A Geochemical survey performed independently also confirmed this location. The well blew in natural at over 150 BOPD. The southeast end of the fracture triangle was also drilled successfully by Syndicated Options.

DISCOVERY

Steve Jones #1, Savage Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. Drilled in July 1992 by DP Enterprises of Barboursville, Kentucky this well was sited using our Savage Quadrangle, Natural Fracture Potential Map. The well flowed 2000-2500 BOPD from 1535 feet in the Murfreesboro Formation. Two other offsets to this well also sited using our natural fractures maps have also been successful having initial open flows of 200 BOPD and sustained production of 15-20 BOPD.

HIGH VOLUME WELL.

Syndicated Options 9413, Albany Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. This well is located on a natural fracture zone shown on our Albany Quadrangle, Natural Fracture Potential Map. As reported in the November, 1991, Northeast Oil World, this well is producing 350 BOPD on pump and initially flowed 140 barrels per hour or 4 days form the Cambro-Ordovician, Knox Formation.

WILDCAT DISCOVERY.

The Thelma Davidson #2 wildcat well was drilled in 1983, 10 miles northwest of Bowling Green, Warren County, Kentucky. Some minor shows were noted i n the Mississippian Warsaw and Devonian Corniferous Formations. Subsequent Radiometric Surveys indicated a previously unknown field with a potential extent of 3000 acres. In 1984-1985 14 wells were drilled based on Radiometric anomalies. Twelve wells encountered oil in the Devonian Corniferous, 4 of which were also productive in the Mississippian Warsaw formations. The average initial production of the wells was 20 BOPD. Field reserves were estimated at over 1 million barrels in-place with 330,000 barrels recoverable on 600 acres of leasehold. This new field was named the Saltlick Creek Field and also extended the Bowling Green Consolidated Field. As of 1992 the average production was still 2-5 BOPD. Two gas wells in the field also tested with open flows of 330 and 475 MCFPD.

COMPLETION

J.E. Stockton #2 ( Permit #46435), Shipley Field, Albany Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. Drilled in December 1981, by Cookse Polk Oil Company, Inc. of Albany, Kentucky, this well was initially sited using iodine-specific geochemistry. A subsequent Radiometric Survey revealed a significant fracture anomaly and the location was moved approximately 10 feet to place the actual drilling site within 50 feet of the anomaly. The well blew out at a depth of 1628 feet in the top of the Ordovician, Knox Dolomite, with an estimated open flow of 1600 BOPD. The well was brought under control and choked back to produce at an initial rate of 180 BOPD. The well produced over 11,000 barrels of oil before being plugged in 1986.

COMPLETION

Margie Case #2, Shipley Field, Albany Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. This well was sited using Windowed Radiometric Analysis and Spectral Radiometric Profiling Surveys (SRPS) and drilled in May 1992 by Touchstone Energy. Free flowing oil was encountered in the top of the Ordovician, Knox Dolomite at 1636 feet. Initial production was 10 BOPD. As of May 1993 the well was still producing 3 BOPD.

FRACTURES LOCATED

Margie Case #1, Shipley Field, Albany Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. This well was sited based on Spectral Radiometric Profiling Surveys (SRPS) that were run to verify the location of intersecting fractures shown on our Natural Fracture Potential Maps. The well was drilled in March 1993 by GEMCO Oil Development. Drill cuttings analysis indicated intense natural fracturing and two overlapping fault zones with approximately 30 feet of throw. Technically SRPS and Natural Fracture Mapping were successful even though the well was completed as a dry hole.

POTENTIAL PRODUCER

WV Brake Heirs #1, Burkesville Quadrangle, Cumberland County, Kentucky. This well was sited based on Windowed Radiometric analysis and drilled in April 1993 by GEMCO Oil Development. The well encountered 8 feet of oil saturation in the Granville Formation at a depth of 360 feet. Gas was encountered in an Upper Sunnybrook fracture zone at 425 feet. The gas volume is estimated at 275 MCFPD. Treatment is planned for the oil zone.

DISCOVERY WELLS

H. Honaker #2 and #3, Richardsville Field, Warren County, Kentucky. One small well existed in the Warsaw Formation producing approximately 2 BOPD. Our Radiometric Survey revealed significant potential in the northeast portion of the lease and two wells were drilled in January 1984 by Robo Enterprises of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Well #2 encountered oil at 750 feet in the Mississippian, Warsaw Formation and was completed at an initial production rate of 50 BOPD. Well #3 was completed in the Devonian, Corniferous at 1200 feet and had an initial production rate of 30 BOPD after treatment. Both wells were considered discovery wells and extended the Richardsville Field beyond previous boundaries.

FRACTURES LOCATED

Billy K. Smith lease, Savage Quadrangle, Clinton County, Kentucky. Based on our Natural Fracture Potential Maps the operator wanted to pinpoint and confirm the fractures before drilling. Spectral Radiometric Profiling Surveys (SRPS) confirmed the fracture mapping and a well was drilled on the northeast-southwest fracture trend. The well was sited directly on the fracture and drill cuttings indicated that the fracture was probably a minor fault with about 30 feet of vertical throw in the Murfeesboro formation. The well was dry but is considered a technical success because the SRPS did confirm and map the location of the fracture zone.

FRACTURES LOCATED

Parnell Quadrangle, Wayne County, Kentucky. Our Natural Fracture Potential Maps indicated intersecting fractures on the clients prospect. Spectral Radiometric Profiling Surveys )SRPS) were run and confirmed the surface location and strike of the mapped fracture zones. The prospect has not yet been drilled.

COMPLETION

Taylor #2 (API# 47-073-1705), Jefferson District, Schultz Quadrangle, Pleasants County, West Virginia. Drilled by Rare Earth Energy of Clarksburg, West Virginia, this well was initially sited using our Natural Fracture Potential Maps for the Schultz quadrangle area. The site was then pinpointed with 430 feet of ERPS Geophysical Surveys. The well blew in natural at a depth of 4100 feet in the upper part of the Devonian Shale. The initial open flow production was more than 500 BOPD and 2.4 million cubic per day. As of 1990 the well had produced 14,164 barrels and 47.9 million cubic feet of gas. Attached is a copy of the well location plat, completion report and ERPS log.

COMPLETION

Hazelbaker #1 (API# 47-085-6133), Union District, Pennsboro Quadrangle, Ritchie County, West Virginia. Drilled by Rare Earth Energy of Clarksburg, West Virginia, this well was initially sited using our Natural Fracture Potential Maps. The site was then pinpointed with ERPS Geophysical Surveys. The wells total depth was 5800 feet with a 1600 pound rock pressure. Production is form the Devonian Shale at a deliverable rate of 150 MCFPD.
